Day 32

I love how my dreams can be so vivid and clear and creative. But lately, I wouldn’t really want to have any. When my heart and mind shut down in the day, my dreams play in the night. Some days, I wake up feeling like I have a huge gape hole in my soul. And I don’t like that. Not one bit.

Letting go of someone we love that gave us so much pain is like having a decayed tooth extracted.

The process of extraction is painful and unbearable. But after all the pain has died down and the wounds fully healed, we feel a lot better.

We try to move on, but our tongue constantly reminds us of that hollow spot in our gums. Days pass by, and our tongue become use to that empty spot.

For now, just let your tongue remind you of that empty spot. Who knows, the Dentist might replaced it soon.

P.S. Forgive the grammar and the choice of words.

    1. Thanks! I’ve had my tooth extraction a year ago and I definitely understand what you’re saying. 😉

Mine just a few weeks ago that’s why I was able to relate it to what you feel in your post.

Haha. Feel sorry for that guy, did I just compared him to a decayed tooth? Oh my, I’m so bad. 😂😂

      1. A few weeks ago? Hmmm. I bet you had a hard time eating.

Yes, you did compare him to a decayed tooth. 😁

I had a hard time eating the usual food. On the bright side, I was able to enjoy some good ramen and congee. Haha. See, its just a matter of perspective.

Just talk to your Dentist always. He knows whats best for you. Who knows, He is already preparing the replacement.

      1. Do I knooooow youuu?! Lol.

Nope you don’t know me. And I dont know you either. Maybe we just shared the same experience before that is why I can relate somehow. But mine was not that “tragic” as yours.

Well, I’m just here as your “Virtual” company.

      1. I appreciate your ‘virtual’ company then 🙂 Thank you!
